Shorts year round, must hang at least three inches below the knee, no dukers please

First choice, the classic Van's slip-on, possibly a low-cut hiking shoe or a non-clunky athletic shoe ,say Adidas,
no big whites, always wear white ankle-high sport socks

Watch only, possibly a Tag Heuer, nice but not too nice, no big gold Rolexs
Outerwear:

Conclusion: old surfer-look meets the hood
