Introduction:
Seems like ever since I made the move down to Santa Fe, this overwhelming feeling of sleepiness has attacked at some point in the day. Could be the altitude, 7000 feet, sleep apnea setting in, or possibly due to starring at the computer too much, fretting over the stock portfolio, as we spend more than we take in down here. The lifestyle has not changed much but the old salary is not there. Enough of that and on with the meat.
Some would call it a nap, but I prefer the term, laydown. A nap implies that you actually go to sleep, but not necessarily with the laydown. For the most part you just close your eyes and the brain takes over, thinking about all kinds of stuff but mostly sex. If you're lucky you may get 15 minutes of shut-eye during the hour laydown, but that's rare. After the initial thoughts of sex pass it's on to the real deal, thoughts about your life, past and present, some funny, some not. Observations from the prone position. So here we go. I hope no one is offended but as I said on the homepage, oh well.
The Hump:
I've got to tell you, I was somewhat successful with the laydown today, got maybe 20 minutes. That's about as good as it gets around here. Did have a few thoughts prior to the nod off, though. Back in the day you would have considered yourself lucky to have "dry-humped" your date, especially if you were able to blow big. Usually it was just seepage, nonetheless, giz was a flowing and you were going through the motions. Although you and your date were fully clothed it was still a victory. Let's face it, back then very few were actually doing the dirty deed, so dry-humping was a big deal. The only downside was getting "lover's nuts" or the "blueballs" as it was called in the day. That occurred because things got really worked up down there with no resolution. I asked my 22 year old son had it ever heard of dry-humping, as he has been active with girls, and his response was
"no, what's that". Old school, a classic, an antique is what it is. My motto, dry-humping was better than no pumping.
